ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 pm (EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME) on 06/01/06. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON OR HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. The Onion, Inc., ("Sponsor") Honda and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the video trailer or the web sites detailed above; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on/about 4/24/2006 by representatives of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of the drawing date. Potential winner will be required to respond to the notification e-mail within 3 business days or his/her entry will be disqualified and his/her prize forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If an entrant changes his/her email address after he/she enters the Sweepstakes, it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor by (postal) mailing notice to the Sweepstakes Administrator address (listed below) to be received by the end of the Sweepstakes. Prize must be accepted in its entirety or forfeited. Prize winners (their parent/legal guardians if residents of a jurisdiction that deems them to be minors) may be required to execute and return a completed and notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (except where prohibited) Publicity Release and a completed IRS W-9 form within 14 days of issuance or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate on-line entry if technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue on-line entry. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. All correctly completed entries received on-line as of termination date will be included in the random drawing. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account entered.
